Have you ever wished you could find a great mentor to help you with the many different issues that face your decorative finish business?  Look no further, the Fauxcademy brings you one of its key events... Masterminds for the Decorative Artist.

If you were asked to list as many ways that you could think of to use a paint brush, maybe you would come up with 15 or 20 ideas.  Now, consider having 15 people with you at one table and brainstorm as a group - how many ways you could use that same paint brush... odds are, the group would come up with over a hundred ideas.  That is the power of a mastermind.

At the Fauxcademy, we engage in many topics just like the paint brush analogy... topics that are directly related to the Decorative Finish Industry, brainstorming each topic at the Masterminds.  This event puts the experiences of faux and decorative finishers, mural and trompe l' oeil artists, stencilers, decorative plasterers, and decorative furniture and cabinetry finishers from around the country, all in one room.  Altering small portions of your business can result in dramatic improvements.

The inspiration for the "Masterminds for the Decorative Finish Artist" is attributed to a book titled "Think and Grow Rich" by author Napoleon Hill.  His philosophy is Leadership, Self-Motivation, and Individual Achievement.  The book characterizes a meeting of minds, or better put, Mastermind groups where many people put their thoughts, ideas, and experiences together to create a synergy and compilation of ideas that benefit each individual.

The Fauxcademy of Decorative Finishing has put together these "Mastermind Group Sessions" to help fellow finishers who attend achieve ultimate results!
