A master of mural painting, Graham Redgrave-Rust has
been acknowledged as being "One of the very few artists of our time whose
oeuvre rivals the great works of the past" by Home and Garden magazine.
Rust's murals and ceiling paintings can be found in homes in Britain, Europe, and
America; the most spectacular of these, "The Temptation" at Ragley
Hall, Warwickshire, took over a decade to complete.
His drawings and watercolors have been used as illustrations in various
books, notably the highly successful 1986 edition of THE SECRET
GARDEN.  A visit to Italy was the inspiration for Graham's book, THE
PAINTED HOUSE, upon viewing the frescos of Veronese in the Villa
Barbaro at Maser.  This collection of designs for murals, along with his
idea of painting an entire house top-to-bottom, became the career path
for this adventurous artist.
